The road to hell is often paved with good intentions. I get money the honest way, through businesses which are very full filling, while being very profitable. Myself and my employees are rewarded for grueling hard work.

I used to be a typical, blue collar worker, often going out and having the occasional beer after 5 o’ clock. I wasn’t living a terrible life, but I knew there was something better. Back then, I didn’t know how to spend money. I didn’t understand it. Ironically, today I have much more money then I did during those times and I get money. I completely understand how to make it and spend it wisely. They way I get money today is through products and services that were just ideas not too long ago. Goal setting was the way I managed myself and applied my utmost ability. Goal setting involves setting specific, measurable and time targeted objectives for yourself. On a personal level, setting goals is a process that allows you to specify then work towards your own objectives - most commonly with financial or career-based goals. To be most effective goals should be tangible, specific, realistic and have a time targeted for their completion. There must be realistic plans to achieve your intended goals, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be ambitious. For example, setting a goal to create a company to compete with Microsoft Windows within 6 montsh is not a realistic goal. It takes years of research to develop that level of software. Setting a goal to go to develop third party software for Windows, and grow the company is a realistic plan. Setting unrealistic goals can be very harmful, especially to young people, because if a goal is not achieved it may lower one’s self esteem. Over time this setting of unrealistic goals can lead to depression and, in extreme cases, suicide. One drawback of goal setting is that implicit learning may be inhibited. This can be because goal setting may encourage simple focus on the result without openness to exploration, understanding or growth.

A long-term goal is an achievement set to be reached over a long period of time. These will be the goals which pay off the most in the long run, but it is also important to set short term goals for yourself, to get things started. There is not much advice that I could give that “Achiever’s Mastermind” cannot. Experience is important, but with the right direction and thought process, you can better utilize your time, and jump start your future. I get money the honest way, and so can you. When it comes to wealth, it is pointless to look at your individuated physical aspects, such as your bank account, your material wealth, or your body.  Let what you see influence things like your mind and thoughts, as well as your state of being. Go Ahead, Say “Show Me the Money!”

Have you said “show me the money” lately? Ever? If the answer is no, it may be that you don’t want to say it and be reenacting a scene from  the movie “Jerry McGuire.” Or it may be that you don’t think that anyone can “show you the money,” since you are not that kind of person that would say that. But there is a person in you that can say that, and be that kind of person. Even the version of you that is wealthy and experiencing wealth already exists - if you are not experiencing wealth right now, you are just not conscious or awake to it. “Think and Grow Rich” is a book by Napoleon Hill, and is widely regarded as the best success book out there. However it doesn’t work for everyone, since they have trouble understanding the main principles of the book. It was the intention of the author to let you find your path to wealth yourself, but some cannot find it.

What many do no understand is that when you choose to be a certain state right now, here, you activate the fastest forces of creation. What happens then is that you immediately move your consciousness so that the other you (in this case the wealthy you, that will shout out “show me the money”). Being is the fastest way to create things, because it causes an instant shift. Material manifestation follows instantly, to the degree that you have become that state without a doubt. Again, to the degree that you have become that state, and indeed without a doubt, your reality will quickly shift to reflect it. As impossible as this may sound now, it will all make sense when you consider the real workings of this universe, especially after becoming a participant in “Achiever’s Mastermind”, revealing the secrets in Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich.”

However, this doesn’t guarantee your success. “Achiever’s Mastermind”  will show you the door, maybe even give you a violent nudge towards it, but you still have to walk through the door yourself. The fastest way to riches is also the fastest way to create, which is to simply be, right now, whatever you wish to create. Do not think about it. Just be. Don’t Try, Be “Big and Rich”

Being “Big and Rich” is a state, such as being happy. You cannot explain state, nor can you do a state. You can only “be” a particular state. You cannot do happiness; you can only be happiness or be happy. Creation works in a very specific way: being causes thinking, which then causes speaking, which causes doing, which will then put in place the system to receive and experience what you created in your being and thinking.  Being is what causes thinking. So, when you are happy, you most likely will think happy thoughts. Thoughts spring from being. In other words, thoughts are sponsored by being, and in fact, nothing can happen without being. Conditions cannot just be forced upon someone. No one is really born being rich. Happy conditions do not make you happy. It is being happy that causes happy conditions. Unhappy conditions only show up to prove your pre-existing state of unhappiness. If you are in conditions that can result in success, you are not successful quite yet. Napoleon Hill’sbook “Think and Grow Rich,” hailed by many as one of the best wealth building tools, will provide you with a condition in which you can become wealthy. However, just because you picked up the most outstanding success book in history, doesn’t mean you’ll become an outstanding success. The sets and repetitions of your exercises greatly effect your results. An advantage of single set training is that it requires less time in the gym. An advantage of multiple set training is that the longer training session can result in more muscle development. Plyometrics For Basketball Will Help You Dominate the Court!

Basketball is one of the few sports where scouts from the professional leagues often attend high school games. Indeed with an NBA career in mind at the high school level, athletes n this sport are exposed to top levels of competition as they enter high school at the age of 15. Few understand the importance of playing at your utmost ability at an early age like Monster Garage Athletics. We know what it takes to be a champion in the sport of basketball, there are already several Monster Garage Athletes that have achieved incredible success. One of the key elements of training for our basketball players is plyometrics for basketball. Plyometric exercises utilize explosive movements in order to develop muscular power, the ability to generate a large amount of force very quickly. Plyometric training acts on both muscular and mental levels to increase an athlete’s power output without necessarily increasing their maximum strength output. At Monster Garage Athletics, we use “The Power Training Bag” in many of our techniques used in Plyometrics for basketball. This amazing bag works out the entire body at once  with most workouts. We use plyometrics for basketball to increase the speed and force of muscular contractions for our athletes, often with goals of increasing the height of their jumps and the speed of their quick twitch reactions. Many professional basketball players are extremely strong. Players that are large and powerful dominate the court, a prime example would be Shaq. However, his domination also has a lot to do with his size. Kobe Bryant is not a huge player, and he is able to dominate the court just the same. He can effortlessly sink in three pointers and slam dunk over the best defenders in the league. These amazing feats of his are made possible by his strength, which is the key to his quickness.
 

An athlete’s Muscular power is determined by how long it takes for strength to be converted into speed. In basketball, speed is an absolute necessity. In order to play at the top of their game, players must master this ability to convert strength to speed in a very short time. This provides players with the opportunity to perform movements well beyond what raw strength will allow. To go into detail about how more strength doesn’t always mean more speed, I’ll provide an example. A basketball player I was training, who had strong legs, was able to perform the freeweight squat with extremely heavy weights over a long duration. However, he was able to get less height on his jumps than a weaker athlete I was also training. who was able to generate a smaller amount of force in a shorter amount of time. Though the plyometrically trained athlete had very strong legs, the weaker athlete who had been training for quite sometime with Monster Garage Athletics had a lower maximal force output. Although he may not squat as much, training allowed him to compress the time required to reach his maximum force output, allowing him to develop more power with each contraction. Plyometrics for basketball ensures that almost any player can develop the explosive abilities of a rising star.

Functional Strength Exercises for Wrestlers

Many wrestlers equate strength training with body building, accordingly, individuals involved in endurance or flexibility-based sports such as wrestling do not strength train for fear of gaining too much bulk and losing flexibility, or mimic the training of bodybuilders without adapting workouts to their specific sport. As a result, training can lack the performance benefits that strength training could provide. Functional strength exercises involve mainly weight bearing activities targeted at core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. Most fitness facilities have a variety of weight training machines which target and isolate specific muscles. As a result of this, the movements do not necessarily bear any relationship to the movements athletes make in their regular activities or sports. Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities and realistic movements in their sport more easily and without injuries.

Wrestlers of all ages training with Monster Garage Wrestling use “The Power Training Bag.”Standard resistance training machines are of limited use for functional strength exercises; their fixed patterns rarely mimic natural movements, and simply focus the effort on a single muscle group, rather than engaging the stabilizers and peripheral muscles.
